Morgan Hoover is an award-winning Evening News Anchor. You can catch her weeknights on WNKY News 40 at 5PM, 6PM and 10PM.
Hoover has received recognition for her coverage of Kentucky’s devastating tornadoes in 2021, as well as for her work in covering the commonwealth’s resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has been named “Best Evening News Anchor” by the Kentucky Broadcasters Association. She has also received numerous nominations for Impact in Broadcasting Awards.
Hoover has previously worked as a News Anchor in Anchorage, Alaska and as a Reporter and Producer in Huntsville, Alabama. She studied Broadcasting at the University of North Alabama (ROAR Lions!)
Morgan and her husband, Kenny, have lived in Bowling Green since 2020. They have one daughter and a yorkie pup named Bruno Mars that they simply adore.
