General Election Guide: Locations to vote in November 2023

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Early voting has officially kicked off in the commonwealth. Early in-person voting is also taking place Friday, Nov. 3 and Saturday, Nov. 4.

Below is a list of important locations and dates in each local county for the General Election, according to their respective county clerk offices or the Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office.

Warren County 

You can find a sample ballot here.

Excused in-person absentee voting is from Oct. 25-27, Oct. 30-31 and Nov. 1 at the Warren County Clerk’s Office at 429 E. 10th Ave., Suite 100 in Bowling Green. Voting is from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In-person no-excuse absentee voting is taking place Nov. 2-Nov. 4 at the following locations from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.:

• Ephram White Park Gymnasium at 885 Mount Olivet Road in Bowling Green.
• Living Hope Baptist Church Gymnasium at 1805 Westen St. in Bowling Green.
• Michael O Buchanon Park Gymnasium at 9222 Nashville Road in Bowling Green.
• Phil Moore Park Gymnasium at 7101 Scottsville Road in Alvaton.
• Sugar Maple Square at 1347 KY Highway 185 in Bowling Green.

Election Day voting is Nov. 7 at the following locations for all precincts:

Mail ballots can be dropped off at the Allen County Clerk’s Office at 201 W. Main St. #6 in Scottsville.

Excused in-person absentee voting is Oct. 25-27, Oct. 30-31 and Nov. 1 at the Allen County Clerks Office at 201 W. Main St., Room 6 in Scottsville. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In-person no-excuse absentee voting is Nov. 2-4 at the City County Building at 201 W. Main St., Room 6 in Scottsville from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Election Day voting is on Nov. 7 at the following locations for all precincts:

• Halfrey Dalton VFW#5712 at 934 Old Glasgow Road in Scottsville.
• Allen County-Scottsville High School Athletic Complex at 1545 Bowling Green Road in Scottsville.
• Halifax Volunteer Fire Dept. at 112 Halifax Bailey Road in Scottsville.

In-person no-excuse absentee voting is Nov. 2-4 at the Barren County Extension Office at 1463 W. Main St. in Glasgow from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Election Day voting is on Nov. 7 at the following locations for all precincts:

In-person no-excuse absentee voting is Nov. 2-4 at the Butler County Courthouse at 110 N Main St. in Morgantown from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Election Day voting is on Nov. 7 at the following locations (precincts differ):

• Morgantown Elem School at 210 Cemetery St. in Morgantown for all precincts.
• Butler County Road Dept. at 642 Boat Factory Road in Morgantown for all precincts.

Excused in-person absentee voting is Oct. 25-27, Oct. 30-31 and Nov. 1 at the Edmonson County Community Center at 108 N. Main St. in Brownsville. Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In-person no-excuse absentee voting is taking place Nov. 2-Nov. 4 at the Edmonson County Community Center at 108 N. Main St. in Brownsville. Hours are Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Election Day voting is on Nov. 7 at the following locations (precincts differ):

• Wingfield VFD at 1780 Wingfield Church Road in Bowling Green for precinct A101.
• South Edmonson Elementary School at 1058 Chalybeate School Road in Bowling Green for precinct A102.
• Edmonson County Middle School at 220 Wildcat Way in Brownsville for precinct B101.

In-person no-excuse absentee voting is taking place Nov. 2-Nov. 4 at the Extension Office at 255 John Paul Ave. in Russellville. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Election Day voting is on Nov. 7 at the following locations for all precincts:
